1. Who we are

Avyxon AI Labs LLP ("Avyxon", "we", "us", "our") is the Data Fiduciary and operator of avyxon.ai. We are an LLP registered under Indian law, providing AI engineering, enterprise automation, and MVP development services.

2.2 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your explicit consent (via the cookie banner), Google Analytics 4 collects:

IP address (anonymised by Google)
Browser type, device type, operating system
Pages visited, time on page, scroll depth
Referring website or search term
Geographic region (country / city level)

This data is processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. We use it solely to understand site usage and improve content. If you decline the cookie banner, Google Analytics does not load and no cookies are set.

Google Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Decline" after clearing your browser's localStorage for avyxon.ai, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

4. How we store and share your data

4.1 Contact form submissions

Form data is transmitted via Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Avyxon AI Labs personnel. Google processes this data as a sub-processor under Google's terms of service.

4.2 Analytics

Analytics data is stored on Google LLC servers, which may be located outside India and the European Economic Area. Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us. Data retention is set to 14 months.

4.3 Other third parties

We use Cloudflare for email address obfuscation and CDN delivery. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of standard CDN operation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Cross-border data transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India and the EU — principally the United States (Google's primary infrastructure). For EU residents, such transfers are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. For data subjects in India, such transfers are subject to applicable DPDP Act provisions.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve or regulations change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
