4. How we store and share your data

4.1 Contact form submissions

Form data is transmitted via Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Avyxon AI Labs personnel. Google processes this data as a sub-processor under Google's terms of service.

4.2 Analytics

Analytics data is stored on Google LLC servers, which may be located outside India and the European Economic Area. Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us. Data retention is set to 14 months.

4.3 Other third parties

We use Cloudflare for email address obfuscation and CDN delivery. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of standard CDN operation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Cross-border data transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India and the EU — principally the United States (Google's primary infrastructure). For EU residents, such transfers are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. For data subjects in India, such transfers are subject to applicable DPDP Act provisions.
