We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please email info@avyxon.ai in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer it to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avyxon AI Labs LLP regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
